Argo editor-in-chief announces the launch of college newspaper research project

This semester, Argo editor-in-chief Elizabeth Myers will be leading a research project on behalf of The Argo Newspaper and Stockton University’s Board of Trustees that aims to gauge the role and value of student-led college newspapers within the communities they serve. Accredited four-year colleges and universities from New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland will be participating in this project as well.

Stockton students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to take part in this project by completing a brief Qualtrics survey, which can be accessed at the following link: https://stockton.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_badaf8D0oZZGTmC

The link may also be accessed on its designated tab on The Argo’s website titled “College newspaper research survey,” which can be found at the top right of The Argo’s homepage.

As of today, Monday, February 27th, the survey is live and will remain so for two weeks until Monday, March 13th. Survey participants will be given the option to enter themselves into a $25 gift card drawing; once the survey has been completed, four winners will be randomly selected and contacted via email.
