In a COVID-restricted world, people have been deprived of the arts. Collaborated with Professor of Dance Rain Ross, the Stockton Dance Team will bring back live performance–to a socially distanced audience. This drive-thru dance concert will take place on Thursday, March 11 at 5 p.m. in the Sports Center parking lot. Although reservations are required, the event is free.
“Together Again. Apart” will give the community a taste of the arts, an industry that has suffered a devastating blow during the pandemic. The performance will consist of 15 minutes of “physical and emotional dance based on the experience of loss during these past months.” It will be an outlet to express the desire to be together agian without restrictions and the fear of spreading COVID-19.
