The 2025 Stockton University Osprey Ball took place in the Campus Center Event Room on Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. The event offered an evening of music, food, and dance for its guests to kick off this year’s University Weekend activities.

The evening started with a buffet-style dinner catered by Chartwells, including baked chicken, potstickers, salad, and empanadas, followed by a dessert spread of beignets, cakes, and pudding. Staff, students, and alumni showed off their best attire at the semi-formal event. Guests then took to the dance floor and enjoyed the photo booth opportunity as well.

The theme for the 2025 Osprey Ball reflected the University Weekend theme of Ospreypallooza, filling the event room with disco and music-themed decor. Guests also enjoyed music performances by artists, including DJay Mando, who has shared the stage with artists like Playboi Carti, NLE Choppa, and Yung Gravy among many others.

“I really enjoyed the Osprey Ball,” stated Hannah Binetsky, a sophomore at Stockton. “It was honestly the perfect excuse to wear my prom dress again. I really liked the DJ. They brought so much energy to Stockton. I’d love to go again next year”

In previous years, Osprey Ball has been held in off-campus venues including Renault Winery. Keeping the event on-campus this year allowed for students to access the event without added transportation. Osprey Ball has been a University Weekend tradition for over a decade, and will continue to be a staple event for years to come.
