One of Stockton University’s largest cultural organizations on campus, Los Latinos Unidos (LLU), held their inaugural Latino gala on Friday, March 21, 2025. “Noche De Estrellas” was held at the Carriage House in Galloway, NJ, where Stockton students, faculty, staff members, and community members were welcome to attend.

The gala celebrated latino culture through music and dance. Guests were seen wearing black tie attire and socializing during the cocktail hour. Later in the night, guests enjoyed dinner with friends and showing off their moves on the floor.
“The gala venue was beautiful and I had a really fun night with my friends and brothers!” said Jade Rojas-Munguia, a sophomore at Stockton University.
Towards the end of the night, pairs grouped up on the dance floor and enjoyed the last few minutes.

Andrea Sandoval, a senior at Stockton University and Student Senate President said, “The gala reminded me of family parties I went to when I was kid which made me feel like I was at home again but this time, I was able to spend time with friends.”
Los Latinos Unidos hopes to hosts more creative events like this in the future, and hopes to continue this tradition.
