Argo Eats: Discover Atlantic City’s Beat the Daily Grind Cafe

Searching for a new favorite coffee spot in Atlantic City? Look no further than the Beat the Daily Grind Cafe, located just steps away from Stockton’s John F. Scarpa Academic Center. Their menu offers everything from coffee, tea, and refreshers to breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods.

The cafe, known for its specialty lattes and freshly made food, is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. Some of its most popular drinks include the S’mores Latte and Cinnamon Bun Latte. Customers can also order a “Build Your Own,” or B.Y.O., latte with espresso, milk, and flavoring of their choice. Drink prices range from $2 to $6.

Beat the Daily Grind also offers a variety of dishes for any time of the day. Options range from waffles, pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches to salads, sandwiches, and soup. A fan favorite, and Chef Dom’s personal favorite, is The Grind’s Famous Avocado Toast, made with sourdough bread, fresh avocado, a savory tomato bruschetta, and egg, topped with a balsamic vinegarette glaze. Meal prices range from $5-$18.

Seasonal menu options are also available at the cafe, and new dishes are offered for different seasons and holidays. Their latest spring menu features a selection of sweet drinks, including the Butterfly Pea Tea Latter and Raspberry Buttery Refresher. It also features new sandwich options such as The Wafflewich, The Mandiwich, and the Salmon Burger.

The Beat the Daily Cafe has something for everyone. Whether you prefer sweet or savory, a hot or cold drink, there’s something for everyone on the menu. Stockton students can use Osprey Cash at the cafe and also receive 10% off when they show their student ID. The cafe is also planning an upcoming study night event for Stockton students.
